PE at Home, Brought to you by Chance Camp
As we go back to learning from home, we would like to offer FREE online PE lessons for you to use in the comfort of your own home/garden. Each week we will be uploading 5 new videos covering our 5s programme, which we were due to deliver in schools. This is covering Speed, Stamina, Skill, Strength and Suppleness.
Producing PE at home videos is a new skill for us. The will be similar to when young people learn PE skills from us; it will take time and improvements to the quality will occur each week. Our coaches will experiment with different formats, apps etc. At times you may need to pause and/or replay them a number of times, but we hope you enjoy the content and personal challenges within them.
Under each of the following headings you will find a new uploaded video every Monday, for you to try throughout the week. These include a warm up, main activity and a linked game. Our videos are only around 7 minutes long, but take all the time you need.
Once you have completed skill, speed, stamina and strength, please use our suppleness videos to chill out, reflect, plan and stretch.
