The 5s programme has been developed by the coaches of Wright Sport Services and Chance Camp to support our objectives of helping young people to reach physical literacy. The programme was put together during lockdown 2020 and we look forward to delivering this programme across Allerdale Primary School from September 2020 onwards.

We also hope this resource can be used in many different settings to ensure young people get regular access to high quality physical activity opportunities.
