Today’s challenge is ‘the Plank Challenge’ . . . How long can you hold ‘the plank’ for ?! 

Coach Ellie shows your four different variations of ‘the plank’, all you need to do is choose your level, and see how long you can hold it for! 

Ellie can hold it for 1 minute 40 seconds. Who can beat her ?!
