Hope you’ve all had a great Easter break.
Today’s video is one that Rob picked up from Active Cumbria-the speed bounce challenge. 60 seconds to jump over a pillow.
Both feet must land over the pillow for that jump to count!
A score of 40 jumps is bronze
A score of 60 jumps is silver
A score of 80 jumps is gold
Can anyone beat Rob’s score of 90 something?? Good luck!

Today's challenge is all about how hard your muscles can work without stopping, let's see how strong you are!
You can pick one of the three options explained in the video, or try mix it up with all three, it is up to you!
How many times can you get the backpack above your head in 60 seconds?
REMEMBER!!!!! Make sure your backpack is zipped up properly and the zips are tucked out of the way, that way you don't get any objects falling out.

How many sit ups can you do in 1 minute?
Find yourself a comfy place on the floor, lie down with your knees bent, ask somebody in the house to lightly stand on your feet to weigh your legs down or use the bottom of the sofa/bed to tuck your feet under.
You have the choice of 2 different variations for this challenge:
1. Put your hands on your head and see how many times you can ‘sit up’.
2. Using an object to hold in your hands, pass the ball to the person standing on your feet, then lower your body to the floor with arms above head. The next time you sit up, take the ball and do the same with ball being above your head to touch the ground. (like the awesome Shane is doing in the photo below!!)
