Bryoni has used an orange as they are full of vitamins to keep you supple, but any fruit or veg will do! (that is round) We all know eating fruit and veg is great for our health but they also keep us flexible, veg such as broccoli can actually give you the same amount of calcium than a glass of milk, AND it absorbs into your bones better and faster!
