We are adapting our approach with the same coach uploading activities Monday to Thursday (sport specific) to then allow the youngsters to complete our big challenge on the Friday. This may need a sibling or parent/carer to go against them.

Rob will be bringing the daily challenge this week with a series of different tennis bases activities. The activities chosen will test hand eye coordination, technique, reaction time and speed.
Today there are 6 tap up challenges to complete!!
All designed to test technique and for you guys to get used to holding a racket and hitting a ball.
If you don’t have a racket- be creative.
If the challenges are too difficult see if you can complete them using a balloon instead.
Good luck! How many of the challenges can you complete?

Day 2 of tennis challenges!!
Building on from yesterday’s tap up drills, today’s challenge is all about rallying.
Using a wall - how many hits can you get in a row against a wall?
This challenge will test your technique to strike the ball accurately at the intended target. It will test your control to get the ball bouncing back in front of you. Finally it will test your reactions - how well you can anticipate the ball bouncing back off the wall.
Set yourself a target and see if you can reach it. Good luck!!
