Day 2 of cricket challenges! Today we are practising the figure of 6 bowling. 'Lock it, Pock it, 12 o'clock it'. This might take you a little longer to practise, but persevere and keep going!
After you've had a few practise goes, bowl to a partner and they can bowl or throw it back to you.

This week is cricket challenge week, brought to you by coach Ellie and volunteer Jacob.
Mondays challenge is to learn the basic 'Star Shape' technique of bowling. You may already know how to bowl, but lets get warmed back into it!
All you need is ball! Be creative and add in targets and points. Grab a partner, practise your reaction time and practise your star technique of bowling. Make sure that back arm is nice and straight and use the back leg to drive you through!
